I led the branding, communications, and marketing for the reimagined Our Lady of the Lake Cancer Institute, overseeing every aspect from public announcements to media relations and stakeholder engagement—all driven by a strategic, results-focused approach.

For the launch event, I directed the public reveal, crafting speeches, coordinating the run-of-show, and ensuring seamless execution. Following the launch, I led a strategic rollout of announcements highlighting key leader hires and construction plans, gaining coverage from both local and trade media outlets.

I worked closely with physicians and key providers, building strong relationships to align communications with their goals for growth, research promotion, and patient care. Through targeted messaging, I helped elevate the institute’s profile by raising awareness of first-to-market procedures, groundbreaking research, and industry awards and designations.

To build public trust and awareness, I spearheaded two iterations of a full-scale advertising campaign. Through traditional, TV, and digital media buys, the campaign reinforced the institute’s reputation as a trusted name in healthcare. By blending bold creative with strategic placement, the campaign amplified the institute’s visibility and instilled confidence in its expanded services and expertise.
